All of Nimo's products are guaranteed against defects for two years from the date of the invoice unless stated otherwise. Nimo shall, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided that Nimo has found them to be defective. Nimo reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with different brand merchandise during the warranty period. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, Nimo reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent item or offer an upgrade option.
