Beautiful but not much of a heater

I love this walking pad. I just wanted a walking pad to go under my desk at work. This thing is powerful enough to actually get a decent workout in. I do primarily use it about 10 minutes per hour, but that's about 80-90 minutes a day, 5 days a week. So far so good.

Falsely advertised speed

Advertising as faster than what it is. When I reached out to the seller I was told they “made a mistake” and wouldn't let me return it.

No Satisfaction or gaurantee.

Beware of ordering this walking pad from Walmart with this seller. Was excited, chose Walmart to order a walking pad. Recieved it 2 weeks ago. Once unboxing and using, the walking pad had an electrical defect. The machine turns off by iteself and can't be turned back on immediately even when hitting the power button several times. The power button is located by the power cord insert, also if hitting the power cord while the machine is on, it triggers it to power off and stay off even when trying to turn it back on several times. I contacted Walmart's customer service to report the defect, they contacted the seller to either exchange the walking pad for a new one or to send a return slip to issue a refund. Walmart's cs advised me that they only sent a message on my behalf, I have to wait for the seller's reply. The seller's reply was unappropriate calling me dear and asking for my number, telling me they would only send me a power cord vs an exchange or refund. I felt quite uneasy and uncomfortable about the seller's communication in addition to their refusal to guarantee a defective product. I contacted Walmart cs, explained the unappreciate message from the seller and that I prefer the issue be escalated with doing a return and issuing a refund. I prefer to no longer convey with this seller. I am no longer intrested in the defective machine that was sent. I explained to Walmart the refusal of the seller to guarantee a defective product that was purchased on Walmart.com. It seems when ordering from Walmart that it's not necessary from Walmart but your purchasing from private sellers who basically post their products on the Walmart.com site. Shouldn't Walmart protect the gaurantee and warranty of products for consumers who purchase products on their Walmart.com website. They continually refer custoners to the seller who may not help or uphold their warranty, guarantee.. etc of the product that has been sold. It has now been 2 weeks with this walking pad being purchased. I have had it in the box without any use or satisfaction. I am not using the walking pad due to it's electrical defect, electrical issues can be a safety hazzard and dangerous and no exchanged power cord can fix taking a chance on. Contacted Walmart cs several times in 2 weeks dealing with the 48hr waiting time without any escalation of an exchanging or refund. Seller messages after I contact Walmart cs a power cord will be sent in 2 weeks. Wait and try the power cord to see if that doesn't work. A return slip to return the defective walking pad should have been sent immediately for an exchange of new one. Recieved the walking pad 3 days of ordering, a power cord takes 2 weeks. Procrastinating to delay the eligibility of the return time. I now have to deal with time and efforts put into this experience and the experience of buyer's remorse of a merchant's refusal to gaurantee a defective product and the loss and trust of Walmart's 48hr gaurantee policy.
