great heating pad!

I work in front of the computer all day and my neck, shoulders, back are pretty achy by the time I get home. I find this heating pad to be very helpful in relaxing my muscles and eating in my recovery. it has a neck clasp and waistband that helps maintain contact to the body. the attached thermostat allows for six temperature settings. I find that I'm usually using level four from my comfort but it is nice that there are options for customization here. very happy with the product and would recommend.

Great Heat Pad and perfect to start the winter

First of all, it comes with a long detachable wire, so I don't need to use an extension cord. Wire is thick and sturdy in each end so it gives me peace of mind leaving it plugged in after use. Thicker wire is preferred as you may seat or press on the wire a lot during used and thin rubber wire jacket may crack and expose the copper wire. There was many news that personal heating device caused fire due to cheap wire and bad workmanship. The control is very responsive and easy to use, no need to read the manual. The Heat Pad itself is high quality and quite thick, but light weight. It does not feel burden on my shoulder when used for hours. It heats up super fast, less than 30 second you feel the heat and by a minute or two, it reaches the setting you set. The material of the pad is fluffy and soft, like a fleece jacket. I used it primarily to stay warm and cozy while watching TV. My son used it for soothing his shoulder pain because of sports he plays. I am perfectly fine for lowest heat setting and he uses two level up, so it has plenty more heat available for people wanting higher heat. One convenient feature is the button and waist strap build-in so you can tie the heat pad to your body better in case it keeps falling off if your cloth is slippery. The detachable wire allows the pad to be thrown into the washing machine, but I will just do spot cleaning when needed. My washing machine is not the gentle kind and ruin many things I have.
