Great product!

Love this magnesium drink as it is very easy on the digestive system and relaxing to have before going to bed. I always get to sleep easily after having it. The lemon and raspberry flavour is yummy too. My only small criticism is that not all the power dissolves properly even with boiling water and vigorous stirring and I have to keep stirring it between mouthfuls to get it all down otherwise some of it would be left stuck in the cup.

The thing I like most

The thing I like most about this product, is how well I sleep. I have gotten the best nights sleep since I started taking Magnesium Powder. I also have not had any leg cramps since I started taking this supplement. I know everyone is different, and what works for one person, may not work for another, but I would highly recommend giving the product a try.
