Walmart advice me by email that my item will be deliver a little later on the day. After that much later another email come saing the deliver person it will be in my door in 5 minutes. I have been using this for many years I have sinus troubles and this is the only thing that works great without having to take any medication or any other over-the-counter sprays with chemicals in it. It's all natural. It's just water and salt and it's very moisturizing so it doesn't dry out your nose. I never leave home without it.
