Great customer service

I was getting this machine one way the other and Amazon was too expensive and I didn't want to wait for the actual company and I saw that Walmart had it with all these extra features for free. It was so great and it took forever to get it all settled but that was speediance's fault. They didn't include three items and Walmart was right on top of it and contact the company and within 1 week ahead all three items great experience. Great price too

It's a good machine, but we'll see how it holds up

I bought this from Walmart, but I first tried purchasing from Amazon and it never shipped. Walmart had this to me in just over a week. 10/10 for Walmart service. I got the Gym Master 2 on Friday and I started using it that day to workout. I used it for HIIT cardio after my hike Saturday, worked out Sunday and then Monday. My biggest gripe would be the ring. Sometimes I don't press it hard enough and it turns the weight up or down. Sometimes I accidentally hit it and turn the weight off (had to set it to double tap). The barbell feels kind of flimsy which makes me nervous, but we'll see. So far it's been holding up good. The wellness AI coaching, strength assessment, etc... requires a pricey subscription, which I am not thrilled with especially after dropping over $3,000 on this machine (it should have come with AT LEAST a year free), but so far the workouts have been decent. I would say value for the money is 2.5 stars instead of three. Build quality for everything else seems pretty good. Is it $3,500 good? Not really. The workouts have been kicking my butt, so that's good. Sometimes it can be hard to balance while doing chest flys, but that's mostly me getting used to suddenly turning on and off weight instead of starting with that weight organically. The magnetic resistance does feel different than regular cables and plates, but that's to be expected. Is it inferior? I don't think so. Maybe if you're a pro bodybuilder, but for 99% of the population, this will work just fine for full body workouts. We shall see if it holds up after 6 months of heavy use.
