WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT. • use only as directed. • avoid contact with eyes or on mucous membranes. • do not apply to wounds or to damaged or very sensitive skin. • do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad. provides good heat and decent relief. the bigger size is great for large muscle groups or can be cut into smaller patches. adhesion is good. only issue I have is that all 5 are in one zip seal packet which means you need to handle and remove all of them just to extract one. less packaging is welcome but removal could be simplified
