Kept my flu very mild

I've had these for a while & when my family came down with the flu last week I started taking these, even though I still caught something, 5 days after my husband…my fever and extreme symptoms only lasted one day as I kept taking these. My husband didn't take these and was so sick for 5 days. I contribute me taking these as being part of the reason I had more mild symptoms. I will definitely keep these on hand!
