It says up to 7.0 phones whatever that means. My phone doesn't fit in that pocket and sticks way out. I like most people have a protective case on it. The pocket for keys isn't big enough to hold my normal size bundle of keys but with a carabiner I can probably hook them to the strap right in front of it. I liked the wire feed feature but since my phone won't go in good and I don't want to mess up my phone, that part sticks out too. I take my phone out to switch music or adjust fitness app. I haven't used walking yet but it fits tight for small waist now that I'm losing weight and the elastic feels strong. I still can't wait to use it for the water bottle holder. Overall, it's decent. If I would've paid more, it would be getting returned for false advertisement.

Total waste of money!

There is no way this product stretches to the size stated. Right out of the package it had me wondering if I had mistakenly ordered a child's size running belt, it is that small! It also does NOT fit even a six inch phone inside the main pocket. Overall this product is garbage.
