Packaging issue

The product itself is very good and I would highly recommend. The issue I had was with the packaging. I ordered three bottles and one was shattered into pieces. The mailman ended up putting the box in a mail bin and leaving it on my porch. Thank goodness he did as it would have left a mess on my porch. When we opened the box, the other two bottles were a mess as well as the other product I bought (Bounce fabric softener) which left the box soaking. Again the product itself is very good and the price is a good deal so try it out.
