Big Bang for Your Buck

Got this for my grandson for Christmas. it came packaged with a metal crate around it and thick cardboard. It was very easy to put together using the video supplied by the manufacturer via a QR code in the instructions. It has lots of power and the three speeds are perfect. We tested it and the lowest setting was too slow, but the highest setting was too fast so we settled for the middle setting which was perfect with room to grow. On the first ride the chain kept slipping off, but you can loosen the 4 bolts that hold the motor on the frame and align it with the rear sprocket and that remedied the issue. Great product for the price.

had problems with motor and shipping damage I don't think description of weight limit or battery time is accurate it's less weight and time for sure but customer service was helpful and I feel they went above and beyond to make things right and it was right before Christmas so they really could of made things worse but did everything possible to make things right and is really only reason I give 3* I will shop with company but I don't recommend this ATV
