Great bang for the buck

Quality feels excellent, but when originally receiving the 5 in 1 reflector, the white reflector had some residue on it...looked like some rust-colored schmutz (best way I can describe it). I contacted Adorama customer service and they were terrific, sending out a replacement right away. The replacement also had a little bit of the same residue on the white reflector, so I'm guessing this may be something from the manufacturing process (and no, it didn't come off when attempting to wipe it clean with a damp cloth). It was much less of an issue than the original I received, and I don't believe it will have any effect at all on the light quality. I'm still giving this kit a 5 star rating, as the build quality of the reflectors and included scrim are very good. Highly recommended!

Weak Ball Joint, but Overall Good.

Wonderful holder! easy to mount and set. I did notice the ball joint tends to get very loose quickly and can sag if it's in a position much like the picture - but not a huge deal, I've already learned how to adjust the stand so that I don't have to keep fussing with it during a shoot. I'm using 40" 5 -in-1 reflectors so if you have anything lighter/smaller I can't imagine you'll have any issues.
