Authenticity & Warranty Policy
Authenticity Policy
Congratulations! You have just purchased an original PLANTS'® product, and with it many exclusive advantages and benefits, including our after-sales support and the PLANTS'® warranty of authenticity and quality.
Original PLANTS'® products represent the highest quality standards, having been carefully prepared from the moment they were harvested by the most renowned suppliers, present in all regions of the United States.
In the same vein, as soon as they are delivered to our head office, all the seeds are stored in cold, humidity-controlled conditions, using procedures that have been scientifically proven to preserve the seeds' germination potential for many years*. Likewise, our packaging is designed to give you, the customer, the best possible experience, combining quality, information and sophistication.
All PLANTS'® products are accompanied by their respective Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty, which gives the customer access to exclusive after-sales support services and the PLANTS'® warranty of authenticity and quality. The use of these services is subject to the presentation of the respective Certificate of Authenticity Number received with your PLANTS'® order.
Warranty Policy
After-sales support and the PLANTS'® Authenticity and Quality Warranty Policy apply exclusively to original PLANTS'® brand products and are not applicable to other products from other brands, even if purchased through official means: official website, official marketplaces, authorized resellers, PLANTS'® stores and boutiques.
The Authenticity and Quality Warranty has the function of allowing the product to be delivered to the customer with the same Potential Germination Rate advertised on the product page of the website, and that this rate will remain the same for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt displayed in the tracking number of the carrier responsible for delivery of the respective product. After this period there may be a decrease in the potential germination rate, for which PLANTS'® assumes no responsibility.
Therefore, the germination process must begin within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt contained in the order's carrier tracking. Within this 30-day period, until planting, the products must be stored by the customer in their original packaging, in a dry, well-ventilated environment, protected from the sun, light, humidity and heat.
Storing seeds for more than 30 days (before starting germination procedures), even if following the instructions on the product packaging or in this manual, does not extend the product warranty.
The warranty period has been calculated on the basis of this company's 7 years of international experience in the seeds trade, always taking our customers' best satisfaction as a parameter. This warranty period is clearly stated on each package of products belonging to the PLANTS'® brand, and the customer cannot claim ignorance about this fact.
The Germination Rate (referred to as Germination or Potential Germination Rate) applicable to each species, published in the product's technical data sheet on the official PLANTS'® website, as well as in the Marketplaces, in addition to in the respective packaging and cultivation manuals exclusive to this product, are applicable only as a parameter of quality observance, when the products are cultivated in accordance with the strict recommendations of this manual. The Potential Germination Rate indicated does not guarantee the success of the percentage reported. The Potential Germination Rate only guarantees the health and viability of the seeds purchased, which have the maximum potential to achieve the reported yield if grown correctly.
By purchasing a PLANTS'® product, the customer is aware of and assumes full responsibility for the method of cultivation, and PLANTS'® is not liable for any unsuccessful germination.
Environmental Responsibility Policy
Concerned about our environmental responsibility in reducing solid waste and our carbon emissions, the packaging of PLANTS'® brand products, including shipping packaging, is characterized by having 99.9% of its weight in recyclable materials. The packaging of PLANTS'® brand products has at least 88.88% of its weight represented by paper or biological or biodegradable material.
PLANTS'® brand products are mostly fresh, harvested by renowned, environmentally responsible suppliers and, upon arrival at our head office, are naturally and organically stored at controlled temperature and humidity, without chemical preservatives. Exceptions to this rule are duly marked on the product pages and packaging.
PLANTS'® indicates the natural occurrence of each species, and the respective region for planting in their respective technical data sheets, so that the customer, when buying, takes full responsibility for their seeds and plants from the moment of purchase.
In this way, PLANTS'® environmental policy aims to preserve as much as possible of the germination potential and natural vigor of its products, while at the same time preserving the environment.
