Excellent sweetener

This product is one ingredient, allulose. It's the only sweetener I use. It's zero carb and doesn't affect my blood sugar. It tastes just like sugar. It's just a little milder. You'll need a bit more to match sugars sweetness levels. I use it anywhere I would have used sugar back in the day. It's perfect for baking. There's no funky taste or aftertaste. I've read that allulose is actually good for you, too. That's amazing, because sugar certainly isn't. I like this container better than the bag. I struggle to get those closed properly, and it just seems like the product stays fresher. It's a USA company, too.

This is a nice, easily dissolvable allulose powder in an easy to use container. Great for coffee, tea or baking. I never use sugar anymore and this appears to be a quality brand of sweetener! It does have carbs so be aware if you are on a Keto diet.
