Party Tents Direct introduces the 20' x 40' Weekender West Coast Frame Canopy Tent. This Event Tent was made for fast, easy setup and is perfect for both commercial and residential use. You can use these canopy tents for everything indoor and outdoor events, like vendor booths at trade shows, fairs, and other similar places. They also make great additions to parties and social get togethers, as wedding tents, rehearsal dinners, bridal gatherings, baptisms and more.

West Coast Frame Canopy Tents do not require center poles, which provides optimal space inside the structure for guests and equipment. Our Weekender West Coast Frame Party Tents feature a sturdy 1.5" diameter galvanized steel frame, with the steel fittings manufactured from 1.25" schedule 40 steel pipe and finished with a zinc plating.

The tent top is made from strong translucent PVC material that's resistant to UV light, flame and 100% waterproof. They feature 1" heat-sealed overlap seams, and bungee ball ties to keep the top on. There are also replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with polyester webbing to allow for the addition of sidewalls (sold separately). Identification labels are heat bonded to each top.

Safety Precautions Note: ITEM NEEDS TO BE ANCHORED TO GROUND TO HOLD AGAINST WIND. Secure your tent properly with straps and ground pegs. The tent is not recommended to be left up in the wind, and never leave them up overnight, particularly with the roof and side panels on.Weather can be unpredictable, the installer/end use must incorporate their own judgment, common sense, and knowledge of local weather conditions in cooperation with our tent installation instruction guides. The installer is responsible for anticipating weather severity for proper setup time and installation. We do not recommend leaving our event tents set up in windy or adverse weather conditions. Do not allow water or snow to "pond" or "pool" on your tent top, as this weight can destroy the tent fabric, cause poles/base plates to sink into the ground, reduce the holding power of the stakes, or collapse the tent. Heavy winds can loosen the tension on ropes, ratchet straps, stakes or cause poles to shift or sink. Routine maintenance checks are required to maintain proper tension at all times. In the event of lightning, evacuate the tent immediately until the chance of lighting is no longer present. Event tents are not designed to carry ANY type of load from snow accumulation. These products should not be used if snow is present or they should be taken down if snow is expected for the area.
