I have a trundke bed for my daughter. It's a flimsy metal that bends at the slates. This bed is for my boys and it's sturdier. The slates are simple to assemble. I assembled this bed by myself. It took me a little longer to complete, but I finished it on my own. My boys love it. I'm thinking about replacing my daughter's bed now.

I got this bed for my daughter and I was not sure how it would turn out given the price… But it is well worth the money. The sturdiness is exceptional and it's very cute! You should definitely have someone help you put it together, mostly when you are attaching the hinges for the doors, but overall… It was not too difficult and I did it in one night! She is thrilled to have a spot to plug in her nightlight and line up her stuffies :)
