Tastes fine, not great but not bad at all. I'm very glad it has stevia and no artificial colors. My bowel movements have never been better. Changed my life, no longer have diarrhea alternated with straining. After bowel rest for 30 days following a diagnosis of diverticulitis I started this supplement per Drs orders. I poop a lot at once first thing in the morning (sorry TMI) but I truly feel cleaned out and don't have to wipe as much as before. I started at one tsp per day and now gradually increased to 3.

Tastes Better Than The Original Version

Tastes better than the original Metamucil you can buy, and their traditional sugar free one has aspartame in it (gross). This version has stevia and it in my opinion stirs into the water easier along, reminds me an adult version of "Tang" but not so sweet that it'll cause your face to twist up. Helps with cutting back on sugar too.

Quality Metamucil Product

Very similar to sugar free product except it has stevia. Although more expensive, I prefer stevia over artificial sweeteners. This is a much better product and I plan to buy more in the future. I just use a rounded teaspoon in 8 ounces of water in a small bottle with a lid that can be shaken. Even a small container of bottled water works fine as long as you can shake the bottle.
