During the pandemic many places to eat were closed, and husband's work cafeteria is still closed. The Compleats line of heat and eat, make lunch possible on days he doesn't pack lunch. Since they are shelf stable, he can keep on hand ready for a quick lunch. I wish they would lower the salt content.

Reason for 5 stars is I've been using this for years and it's clean, safe stores well and taste like comfort food. This one reminds me of stew,with a nice amount of gravy. The price is great and since covid I find myself eating completes a lot more. Get at least a 6 pack you'll go through it faster then you think Happy And Safe Holliday ps the meat is tender
