All the benefits of Coconut oil without cooking with it!

Great effective way to get people in your family to take coconut oil who do not like the smell or flavor of the oil for cooking. They are rather large pills to swallow and can change color depending on the temperature but it does not effect it in any way. Swanson makes them affordable!

Very Good Product

This product is easy because you don't have to take with food or at a specific time. I can't see what the product is doing on my insides, but my skin feels amazingly soft and my hair looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this product. I take 2 a day.
