I bought this because I have arthritis and I wanted to see if it helped and also to see if I would use it enough to warrant buying a more expensive hot tub. Turns out it helps me a lot and I'm using it at least once a day, usually in the evenings before bed. It really helps sore muscles. The Saluspa doesn't have water jets. It has air bubbles which agitate the water but also bring the water temp down after a few minutes. I rarely use the air bubbles since I'm happy just soaking. It's a very good basic hot tub if you like soaking in a hot tub and dont mind not having water jets. It's plug and play so set up is easy. For an inflatable I don't see how it could be much better.
