Does not seem like the same formula

I first discovered this hair color at my local drugstores and it was recommended by a friend. The local drugstores in my area discontinued it and I was upset my favorite brand was gone. I was glad to find it at Walmart.com at a good price. I ordered the same medium golden brown color code and it is much more golden than the drugstore. The formula is different. I found the product easy to use, predictable with no major surprises with the result. I do not have much gray hair for my age and it does a great job covering the little gray I do have. Overall, I like the Garnier Herbashine hair color and will continue to purchase it from Walmart. There are so few non permanent color on the market that is easy to use with a nice result. I also purchased the medium ash brown and the medium brown to tone down the golden color in my hair next time I color.

Ammonia-free, works fast, and is easy to use.

Herbashine is a great product. It is non-permanent, and fades over 4 to 5 weeks. The fading creates beautiful natural-looking highlights after 2 or 3 days. You will need to re-dye after 4 weeks anyway, due to hair growth.
