Bad experience - Suggested offer was not provided

My experience was bad. The laptop was okay but HP suggested me an offer for 2 Years Extended Warranty + Antivirus etc., for Rs. 999. I paid for it. But it was not activated. HP said the offer is not now applicable for my model and asked me to pay Rs. 2500 extra. This is ridiculous. When HP suggests & gives an offer, it has to make sure that it is fulfilled. I won't buy another HP. I will go with other options for sure.
