My husband had a temp midline in his upper arm and this sleeve worked really well to keep his arm dry after shower. However he needed assistance to put ion and take off because the holes are very tight. Would need another to help stretch the opening to allow pass through. Otherwise it's 100% waterproof and saves us the steps of using plastic wrap, bag and tapes and that's not even a guarantee.
