It works well for two kayaks by placing two J-hooks on each one and securing the kayaks. I would recommend this roof rack for sedans similar to a 2002 Camry.

Not 100% Satisfied

Quick, easy assembly. Tool included, has a 50" bar that spans the width of roof, adjustable suction brackets for narrower roofs, and really sturdy thick tube steel rails. Dislikes: Straps traverse through the vehicle from door frame, if you have a convex roof, bows upward for head space, the straps cross directly at my forehead height. Straps are woven nylon, not waterproof or repels water, unit has to be removed before rain. Highly angry I can't drive in rain or risk water wicking into my cab. Straps have a cheap teeth-like gripper similar to trashy nonratchet straps, risk the grip failing and the rails detach.

Somewhat Fraudulent

I do not appreciate that Wal Mart did not make it more obvious that another seller was filling this order. I also do not appreciate that other seller sending me USED merchandise, when I thought I was purchasing new. Ultimately, the seller gave me a little 10% discount. The more I think about it though, I have to wonder how many others are falling victim to this little scheme of theirs, to purchase used Amazon merchandise and resell it as new. If it happens again, I will contact the Attorney General for my state.
