The ProFlex 7951 Cut-Resistant Protective Arm Sleeves are designed with aramid fibers that offer both ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 level A5 cut protection and EN 407 level 1 heat protection when handling hot materials (212°F // 100°C for up to 15 seconds).
Crafted with both a pre-curved design and flex zones in the elbow, these arm sleeves make for a natural and comfortable fit. They also feature a soft neoprene thumb loop and adjustable arm straps to ensure a secure fit that leaves no part of the arm exposed to potential cut hazards.
The aramid fiber is tested to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 level A5 cut protection and ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 level 3 abrasion resistance for safety around the sharpest and roughest materials. Classified by the weight needed to cut through, ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 level A5 is the highest cut rating with a measure of 2,200-2,999 grams. Surprisingly comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in ceilings often and my arms get pretty chewed up. Whether it's grid wire, other cable, sharp edges on hangers or strut I tend to hit it all. I wanted to try these as they have the cut and heat resistance. They work great for both! I felt them snag a few times while working and knew right away, I would've bled there without them on. Bumped a pipe and realized, oh that's a hot water line and I would've hat a minor burn. My coworker wants a pair now too. I got the smaller size and they fit me well. They end up under the short sleeve and don't catch as I'm moving. They also are surprising cool for how thick they are.
Arm protection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reciced about a week ago have used them welding most of the time there great as i no long ruin my own clothing, and there heavy duty so i know they'll last. Going to use them on the BBQ too.
Nice Features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these and immediately liked that they had the thumb loop and strap at the top of the Bicep. These make Stripping and working with Armoured cable a breeze and take away the worry of Cutting and scratching your arms. They also breathe well and don't get hot like other sleeves I have used.
