Verified Purchase

This is an indescribably good kitchen knife which is offered at a price which does not reflect its quality. It is balanced, has a virtually indestructible handle and keeps its edge for a long time before needing to be sharpened. The only thing about it I would criticize is that the size advertised is that of the BLADE not the overall length. I now have one huge knife in my drawer... :)
