Swanson Full Specturm Fenugreek Seed - Herbal Supplement - (610 Milligrams 90 Capsules)

I don't remember why I was taking this. Maybe to help with hormonal balance or something. I don't know. However, I found an astounding a very useful use for fenugreek. It removes BO. I don't even need deodorant when I take it according to the recommended dosage on the bottle. It does make my smell different, but the difference is a good one. If you eat larger amounts of fenugreek it may make you smell like curry, but in small amounts like this, it's great deodorant (and you take it internally, which is nice). It does improve how I feel, too, I think, but that's not nearly as noticeable as the deodorizing effect.

I've used fenugreek in powder and capsule form for many years with only positive results. It is loaded with nutritional value. Not only does it give your body a pleasant odor, it also is a very healthy supplement that has given this person a positive experience in well being and health since I discovered it in 1960.
