absolutely awful product. I don't understand how this company sells it. scooter is not stable, front wheels get stuck on the smallest uneven surface on the pavement. perhaps only use it has - is to use indoors if you have parquet floor!! I almost fell twice on the street, thanks God someone came to my rescue. every time I needed to cross the street, I had to physically lift and pull scooter otherwise it gets stuck. and so just for you to know I am not heavy and not old person and I am fairly fit.!! don't buy this, it is actually very dangerous to use it especially if you have foot/leg injury. Moreover it is a nightmare to deal with seller - the company which sells it as it is not actual Wal-Mart product. they make you to pay return shipping cost.... absolutely no after sale service whatsoever. Beware!
