Product not as advertised

The product's banner says it is 10" long. It isn't. It is 6" long. Walmart created the error, not SeaSense or BIC Supply LLC, the company that shipped it through Walmart.

SeaSense Galvanized Dock Cleat, Bulk, 10"

Clearly states in the listing these are supposed to be 10 inch cleats. The vendor shipped 6 inch cleats, but it is not worth the cost of return shipping to send them back. They are of no use to me at all. I suppose I can use them as weights on a crab line.
