I usually size between a small and a medium depending on the fit. I have a short torso with long arms and broad shoulders, and the medium was perfect for me (length of body, length of arms). For reference I am 5'5 & 128 lbs. I ordered the small and it definitely shrank when I washed it but fits perfectly now. It was a little big prior. I would buy again and may order additional colors. I did also order the black crew neck which I also love.
