This box of wood was a lifesaver during a snow storm and extreme low temps. The ability to order for delivery was certainly a plus for me. The wood burned well for us, very little crackling and even less smoke. Each piece lasted a reasonable amount of time. That being said, I think the description is a little off as far as the weight goes. Its a decent amount of wood, but no more than the bundles you can get at any gas station for $5. I do think the quality is a bit better than your average gas station. Some of the pieces are really big but they also include some smaller pieces which can make building a fire a little easier. I noticed some reviews mentioned the wood not being kiln dried but that wasnt an issue for us, ours was bone dry and burned beautifully. Great product.

Purchased this to have for power outages. It was surprising to find this as an online item and so much more convenient to have delivered to the front door. The wood is dry, seasoned and ready to use. There are cut out handles on the box making it easier to handle and move around. The price was reasonable considering the convenience and minimal need. It wouldn't be a good value if someone needed a large supply, but convenient for small fires on rare occasions. The fact that its in a box is a bonus too-no mess- easy to move.

Burns instantly. Works great for a fast needed fire and also to start up larger logs and keep them burning. It's like kindling but in larger pieces. It's not going to burn for long on its own. It worked to get logs that weren't quite ready to burn, burn. Nice to not have to chop up a bunch of kindling.
