The Instructor Lite is a lightweight two-section pole that is perfect for even the longest Nordic Walking outings. It features the new Nordic Shark system with a breathable mesh strap for ideal power transmission and maximum comfort. A quick-release system makes getting in and out of the grip a cinch. The Instructor Lite also offers a unique combination of high-strength aluminum and 100% Carbon shafts for added stability and balance in a lightweight package. With the Speed Lock 2.0 + lever system, you can easily adjust the length between 100 cm - 125 cm. The Instructor Lite comes with a carbide tip for natural environments and a rubber tip for use in urban/indoor environments.
