Maintenance

1. Before work

1) Check all operating handles, switches and knobs to see if they are in the correct position, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the safety devices are complete and reliable.

2) Add lubricating oil (grease) according to lubrication requirements.

3) Turn on the power and run at low speed for 3~5mm. Only after it is confirmed to be normal can you start working.

2. At work

1) It is strictly prohibited to overload or perform processing beyond the capabilities of the machine tool.

2) The machine should be stopped to load and unload the drill bit, and the drill bit can be installed only after cleaning the cone surface, and it must be secure. When disassembling the drill bit and drill chuck, they should be gently tapped with a special inclined iron and copper hammer.

3) Fix the workpiece and tooling correctly.

4) It is strictly prohibited to operate with gloves.

5) When an abnormality occurs during the operation of the machine tool, the machine should be stopped immediately to identify and eliminate the fault.

3. Workbench

1) All handles must be placed in the "stop" position and the power supply must be cut off.

2) Carry out daily maintenance.
