This Littmann Classic lll Stethoscope is honestly perfect. I am upgrading from my Litmann Lightweight ll S.E.. The Classic is heavier but is very durable and sturdy. You are definatly paying for a quality tool that will last. I had my previous Stethoscope for about 4-5 years and it has worked very well for all of my CMA needs. As i am now going back to school and into nursing to further my career I needed an upgrade. I would most definatly recomend this to any one in the healthcare field. Not to mention I went with such a fun color combo!
