the laptop seems to work ok. if it was the advertized laptop it would be 5 stars across the board. the reason for the low rating is that this laptop has only a 512g hard drive but is supposed to have a 1t hard drive. we have not reached out to the seller due to not only holiday business but health and other life issues.
