1. How can I accurately measure my dog's paw size?

Let your dog stand on a piece of paper, draw 4 lines on the front, back, left, and right sides of the paw, then measure the left and right (width) and front and back (length).

2. How to select a suitable size?

After you know the measurements of your dog's paw width and length, you can choose a size that covers both your dog's paw width and length from the size chart. If between two sizes, choose the large one.

3. How to prevent the hook and loop strap from coming apart?

The hook and loop straps will stick to the dog's fur after a period of use which will weaken the adhesion. It's recommended to remove the fur from the hook and loop strap every month to keep good adhesion. Also, if the dog's ankle girth exceeds the max dog ankle girth provided on the size chart that will cause the strap too short to stay closed.

4. Are soles slip-resistant on slick surfaces like hardwood floors?

Yes, the boots are slip-resistant on slick surfaces. The rubber soles provide strong traction for your dog.

5. Are they soft?

We used rubber to make the soles. The softness of the rubber sole will change in temperature. The rubber sole will harden in a low-temperature environment. It's recommended to use the shoes indoors in winter.
