I received this as a late Christmas gift this year from the hubby. So far I absolutely love it! I did the initial setup of 30 minutes run time and then loaded it in with a bunch of fruits and veggies. It's been going strong for the last few days right now. It is super quiet, extremely durable and really pretty! I highly recommend this product so far and I have it at five stars. I'll leave another review in a couple more weeks to give an update, but definitely worth the buy and the price was really good!

So happy with this! I was first sold on how aesthetically pleasing this was - white with gold makes it easy to leave out on the counter so I'm not constantly putting it away unless I want to. But I could not be happier with how easy it has been to use. Everything I've made has turned out wonderful and I appreciated that this came with a recipe book which gave me ideas of things I could make I didn't even think of. It runs very quiet too. Item came packaged well and I've had no issues. 10/10 recommend.

one of two has failed. . . now two of two!
First a note: This unit is *not* grounded, it is *not* double insulated, and *not* UL listed. I bought two of these about a year ago. One of them has failed. I think that it's the relay(s) that supply power to the heating element. They activate correctly, but power to the element is intermittent. I've ordered some replacement relays and will update once I know if this fixes it.
