These are the bomb! They are constructed very well and the outer fabric is great for shedding water and blocking wind; the inner fabric is very warm and soft. Even the pockets are lined and warm. These are made with articulated knees, so movement is possible for winter sports, though I use them for winter hiking in frigid NY State It took me a few different sizes to find the ones that worked, but I couldn't be happier ! Compared to similar products, the price is outstanding and a bargain .
