It does not do want they said?

They stated that moisture would go through the Floating Cover. I used it and moisture dd not go through it. It actually built up on top of it. I questioned them about this and their answer was to take it off water and then put it back on. Not only is this extremely time consuming but it takes away the protection for the seed that I wanted. This product does NOT DO WHAT they said it would. I asked for an alternative product. They did not offer any suggested products.
