I have previously used the Sea Band original wristband during my pregnancy, and I found it to be quite effective. I'm not entirely sure whether it's the pressure point it targets on the wrist, but I experienced noticeable relief from my nausea at that time. Now, as I'm preparing for an upcoming cruise, I'm planning to purchase this item again. I'm hopeful that it will help alleviate my motion sickness and manage any nausea that may arise while I'm on the water.
