Great saddle
I have only had this saddle for about a month but am very pleased with it. My instructor and I have found a half pad added to my dressage pad puts this saddle in just the right position. My horse is a 16.2 German Warmblood and the wide tree fits well

Perfect
I spent a long time searching for a saddle that made both my horse and me happy and the Optimum is the only one I found within my budget. My horse seems to love it due to the wide channel, good wither clearance, soft, squishy panels, great billet placement, and shoulder freedom. He is opinionated about saddles and in this one he gets round and relaxed very quickly. I love it because of its deep, soft seat that provides security but doesn't lock me in, narrow twist, and small/medium leg support. It is very adjustable and with a few alterations by a saddle fitter it's perfect. The quality of this saddle is also amazing. Mine is a few years old and still looks new.

FANTASTIC SADDLE
I test rode this saddle and was amazed at the close contact it gave me with my horse. Seat is also super comfortable for those who like an extra narrow twist and minimal thigh blocks. Leather and workmanship are excellent as one would expect from a Passier. 100+ years of saddle making and they are still making an excellent product! Passier will build you your perfect saddle if one off the shelf needs some add ons. Their adjustable gullet plate can be changed as your horse develops and their saddles wear like iron. Thank you Smart Pak for your wonderful test ride program! It enabled me to find the right width saddle for my horse and the perfect seat comfort for me. Unfortunately, I need added front gussets and a few other custom features.... I was told you couldn't order for me. Alas, I have to order my new saddle from elsewhere. I will recommend both this saddle and Smart Pak to all my equestrian friends!
