WRONG ITEM, NO VENDOR COMMUNICATION

I placed an order for the multi-color Christmas Snowflake Lights and received only a string of white lights. I emailed this information to Walmart, asking what I needed to do to receive the correct item. Walmart emailed me back that they had contacted the vendor and that the vendor would be in touch with me within 48 hours. Weeellll, I still haven't heard anything from the vendor. Obviously the vendor has my $17.99 and isn't interested in correcting their mistake. And now Christmas is past....so much for the Christmas display planned for my front porch. I'm pretty disappointed and somewhat leery of on-line ordering, but, of course, will continue to do so. Just am very disappointed in this lack of business ethic on a Wal-Mart vendor's part.
