After I finally got the casters on the base, the rest of the assembly was a breeze. The chair is comfortable and I like the adjustable lumbar support and the adjustable arm rests. I am petite so the 4” adjustable height makes working at the computer much more comfortable. It would be helpful if the manufacturer would include detailed assembly instructions for novices. All in all, I'm satisfied and find the chair comfortable for TV when the cats steal my recliner.
