the item has four holes in the balusters and only one screw came per baluster. the balusters did not fit over the connector snugly and we weren't quite sure if it was the balusters that were the wrong size or the connectors and then we decided to not use the connectors and put the balusters right into the wood but we would have to bury the hole into the wood so that water wouldn't go in there when it rained and we were left with the screw that we couldn't use and we didn't know what to do so we're returning everything and buying balusters that you can screw onto the side of the wood.
