GLOVES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PLACED INTO SERVICE AFTER AN ELECTRICAL TEST SHALL NOT BE PLACED INTO SERVICE UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN ELECTRICALLY TESTED WITHIN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS
