Truly appreciate the features on this Cobra 29LX. The backlit screen color options are very nice. Signals from the NOAA in my area come through Crystal clear. Local CB Traffic, meh, its like anywhere else, mostly annoying but at least I can pick it up with this nice radio. I have it paired right now to a Wilson 1000 magnet mount with a 5' whip. Microphone is clean and comfortable. All in all, very happy with the purchase. Thanks Cobra!

I've had Cobra's for years and never had a problem they are great. From a small to a Cobra 25 and now upgrade to the 29 LX very easy to install but this one failed once the fuse was installed it would come on and 2 seconds later shut off after checking everything many times I took my Truck to an Installation shop called Car Toys after 45 min. and 112. 00 dollars later they said it was faulty so I called Cobra they said to ship it back and I would get another one so today the 7th of November they will receive it back now we will see how long I get my replacement took a long time just getting the first one so once I get it and installed I'll let you know how the process worked I have always enjoyed Cobra products and have family members that have them also I'm hoping it's just a one time deal so I have many years of more joy using it. Thank you
Cobra CB 29 LX LCD IS A GREAT RADIO
I have had this CB for around a month now and has worked out great, Just took a little time to get it set up. This is the most newest and modern CB radio you can buy, LCD screen and the very newest technology. Built in SWR meter helps out on setup with your antenna. The built in weather channel with scan is also great, and has activated several times for the weekly radio test of the weather alert. Once your radio is set up and programed I'm sure you will enjoy it. I also purchased the Cobra 36'' 300 watt magnet mount antenna which has also worked out great. I highly recommend this radio.
