Horrible for outside, great for inside

If you are looking for house shoes and have plantar fasciitis, 1000% buy these! If you are looking for shoes to wear outside, don't! My first pair (white) were ordered for house shoes. They helped my plantar fasciitis so well I decided to order a pair for outside (black). Big mistake. Just from being out in the heat (on my feet) in only a month, they shrunk so much I can't wear them anymore! So disappointed! Company would not refund my money because the material they are made of WILL shrink in heat. They offered me 30% off a replacement pair but who needs multiple pairs of house shoes? The shoes should at least have a warning with them to not wear them in the sun or heat. You know, like winter sandals. Hmmm... Super disappointed in the company for not at least replacing them or giving me my money back.
