Gourmet Warehouse Bourbon Honey Marinade, 16 Oz. Our Bourbon Honey marinade contains a bourbon flavor profile complimented with honey. A true all around marinade as it pairs with just about any protein. Customer favorites include salmon and chicken. Flavor, moisten and tenderize. Use approximately 1/2 to 1 cup per pound of meat, poultry or seafood. Gourmet Warehouse has a 25 year history of crafting authentic marinades. Our recipes were originally created by a chemist with a formula that would not only tenderize and break down protein fibers but also add maximum flavor. Our authentic marinades are made specifically for the art of marinating. Marinating Instructions: Place food and marinade in bowl or resealable plastic bag, marinate under refrigeration as listed below. Fish Fillets, Stir-Fry, Small Cutlets: 1-2 hrs. Chops, Chicken Pieces, Steaks: 2-4 hrs. Roasts, Leg of Lamb: 8 hours/overnight. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use. Use within 90 days after opening.
