Swanson egg yolk lecithin is a soy-free supplement that provides all the benefits of lecithin without the soy. Lecithin is a fat emulsifier that supports cellular membrane integrity and is a source of brain-nourishing phosphatidylcholine (pc). It's widely by nutritionists for supporting circulatory and heart health, immune strength and even liver health. While most lecithin supplements are soy derived, eggs are also a great source, and actually deliver more phosphatidylcholine than soybeans. This egg lecithin is derived from high-quality eggs and contains only 5 mg of cholesterol per serving.

Great alternative to soy lecithin
I'm allergic to soy, and was despairing of finding a non-soy alternative that was affordable until I found Swanson's Egg Yolk Lecithin. It's inexpensive and effective, and bonus: it tastes a lot better than soy lecithin and has a much nicer texture.I blend it into juice or smoothies, so the only thing that would make it perfect is if it was also available in powder form so I wouldn't have to open ten capsules.
