The Daikin Oterra Mini Split single zone inverter wall-mounted systems provide energy efficiency and comfort control with an affordable, cost-saving solution. These heat pump systems feature streamlined, wall mounted indoor units paired with quietly compact outdoor units.
The Daikin OTERRA system is an Inverter unit that runs continuously but adjusts the compressors speed to meet the demand. An inverter is energy saving technology that eliminates wasted operation in air conditioners by efficiently controlling motor speed. Because it maintains the temperature consistently, your space will no longer feel too hot or too cold. Compared to non-inverter type HVAC systems, systems equipped with inverters have less power loss and can save up to 30% or more in energy.
- Energy Efficient Up to 21 SEER2 / 10.2 HSPF2 / 12.5 EER2 for efficient cooling and heating operation and reduced operating costs compared to conventional lower-efficiency systems.
- Cooling Range: 50F DB 122F DB (10C DB 50C DB)*. Extended operation to -4F DB (-20C DB) with facility setting and wind baffle. *Varies by model - see specification table for details.
- Outdoor unit features: Anti-Corrosion Treatment on Heat Exchanger. Our outdoor unit drain pans have up to 16 holes that allow for effective drainage of condensation.
